Nigeria will host a summit on financing the creative industry in the country from 17-18 July 2017.
Information and Culture Minister, Alhaji Lai Mohammed would give the opening address while the keynote address is to be delivered by the Acting President, Professor Yemi Osinbajo.
The main objective of the 2-day conference is to create a platform to create funding and financing avenues for the film, television & music industry in Nigeria.
The targeted participants include; Television & film producers, bank executives, copyright lawyers, students in the creative industry, artists and media practitioners.
The event will also bring together industry experts from Nigeria and abroad to share ideas and brainstorm on the way forward for the sector.
