Seven state governors selected to visit ailing President Muhammadu Buhari in London arrived on Wednesday and met the President at his residence at about 3pm local time.
President Muhammadu Buhari received the delegation of the Nigerian Governor’s Forum led by its chairman, Gov. Abdulaziz Yari.
The Senior Special Assistant to the President on Media and Publicity, Garba Shehu, had announced that the team would be led by the Chairman of the Nigeria Governors Forum and Zamfara State governor, Abdulaziz Yari.
Other members of the delegation include Dave Umahi (Ebonyi), Umar Ganduje (Kano), Kashim Shettima (Borno), Samuel Ortom (Benue), Udom Emmanuel (Akwa Ibom) and Abiola Ajimobi (Oyo).
