Ali Muhammad Ali, former Chief Operating Officer of Peoples Daily newspaper, published by Peoples Media Limited has appointed Special Adviser on Media and Strategy by Governor Muhammad Abdullahi Abubakar of Bauchi State.
The appointment, which was with immediate effect, was contained in a statement signed by the Chief of Staff, Government House, Architect Audu Sule Katagum.
The new Special Adviser, who attended Rumfa College, Kano, holds a Master’s Degree in International Affairs and Diplomacy and Post Graduate Diploma in Mass Communication among other certificates and professional qualifications.A senior member of the Nigeria Guild of Editors, he has worked with various media organizations across the country and was at various times Editor at Triumph Newspaper, Kano, Political Editor at Thisday newspaper and Editor at Leadership newspaper.
A consummate sportsman, Ali M Ali’s hobbies include horse riding, Basketball and Power Biking.
