The Federal Government has approved the release of N2 billion for the take-off construction of Maritime University in Okerenkoko, Delta State, Southern Nigeria.
Vice President, Professor Yemi Osinbajo made the announcement while speaking at the opening of the National Council on Niger Delta in Ondo State, Southwest Nigeria on Tuesday, September 12.
The Presidency and Laolu Akande, Spokesperson to the Vice President confirmed the approval in separate tweets on Tuesday.
