Saraki, Atiku urge Osun voters to vote out APC

The President of the Senate, Dr Bukola Saraki, and former Vice President Atiku Abubakar have asked the people of Osun State voters to vote out APC candidate on Saturday.
Saraki, who recently returned to the PDP, said Osun State was the worst in terms of unpaid salaries, saying there was nowhere in the country where workers were owed salaries for three years.
He said the APC government in the state had refused to pay salaries for several months, adding that the situation in Osun was worse than even states where there is Boko Haram insurgents.
He said Mr Adeleke would ensure that all salaries is paid when he becomes the governor of the state.
Atiku also urged the people of the state to vote for the candidate of the PDP and protect their votes to stop ballot thieves from stealing their votes.
Atiku said, “Security agents, don’t connive with INEC to rig this election. I am asking you, people of Osun State, go with your cameras. They want to rig the election and that is why the INEC is banning cameras.”
Atiku, who is one of the presidential aspirants, said that he was optimistic that Adeleke would win the election in the state.
He charged people of the state to come out in masses and vote for Adeleke and also urged them to stay behind and protect their votes.
