Gov. Buni expresses condolence over former APC National Vice Chair's death in Nasarawa-Eggon

His Excellency, Governor Mai Mala Buni visited Nasarawa-Eggon in Nasarawa State today to express his condolence with the family of the past National Vice Chairman (North-Central) of the All Progressives Congress (APC), Alhaji Zakari Abdullahi Idde who died and was buried in the town today.

Alhaji Zakari Idde died at the age of 56 and he is survived by his aged mother, Hadjiya Zainab, four wives, and 31 children.

He was, until his death, the Chairman of the Board of Directors of the Lower Niger River Basin Development Authority.

His Excellency, Governor Buni, who was received at the residence of the deceased by the Deputy Governor of Nasarawa State, Dr. Emmanuel Agbadu Akabe, prayed Almighty Allah to grant the late Alhaji Zakari Idde eternal repose in al-Jannatul Firdausi.

The Governor also condoled with the mother of the deceased, Hadjiya Zainab, who in return, thanked the Governor on behalf of the family for his condolence visit.

His Excellency, Governor Buni was accompanied to Nasarawa-Eggon by the Deputy National Chairman of the APC (North) Alhaji Lawal Shuaibu, APC Yobe State Treasurer Alhaji Mohammed Gadaka and Commissioner for Information and Home Affairs, Abdullahi Bego.
