March 14 has been scheduled by the Joint Admissions and Matriculations Board (JAMB) as the commencement date for the 2020 Unified Tertiary Matriculations Examination (UTME).
JAMB registrar, Ishaq Oloyede, who disclosed this at a stakeholders’ meeting on Monday in Abuja said the UTME will be between March 14 and April 4, noting that an optional mock examination for candidates would also take place on February 18, 2020.
Oloyede also said the registration for the UTME would start on January 13 and end on February 17.
The JAMB registrar had earlier this week said the board would no longer give N100 million annual allocation to its state offices because they’re “making profits.”
