The Chairman of Kogi West Peoples Democratic Party (PDP), Barr. Taiwo Kola-Ojo is dead.
Barr. Ojo slumped and died on Tuesday evening while playing lawn tennis.
Bode Ogunmola, the Kogi State Publicity Secretary of the Peoples Democratic Party, confirmed the death.
Ogunmola, in his statement, described the death as sudden and shocking.
He said that the PDP West Chairman’s unflinching contributions to the growth and success of the party in the state would be greatly missed.
The PDP prayed to God to grant the immediate family, members of the deceased Chairman and the members of the party the fortitude to bear the irreparable loss of a committed party member.
