Nigerian Grammy-Award nominee singer couldn’t hide his excitement as he shared pictures of the Gold plaque he received for garnering 15 million streams in France.

Just a few weeks ago, the self-acclaimed African Giant and newly self-proclaimed best Nigerian musician since Fela, announced that another of his single, ‘Own It’, went Platinum in the UK.

Announcing the latest milestone, Burna Boy uploaded a photo of the Gold plague award event, which also has Mama Burna; Bose Ogulu in attendance.

“On the low went Gold in France without any radio push or promo. Love every single one of you that streamed it over 15m times.

“It’s still #FOOTONNECK202,” Burna writes on his Instagram page.

The singer posed with his mum as he was given the Gold Plaque.
