Meet young Abdulahi Umar who is handicaped but isn’t letting his armless situation restrict his education.
This unique and talented young boy, Abdulahi Umar was born without hands. According to reports, Umar who is four-year-old resisted attempts by his parents to carry him in a wheelbarrow to beg for alms.
He insisted on going to school.
With the assistance of Mrs Habibat Abdulahi, headteacher of LGEA Central School Nasarawa, Abdulahi is now in nursery one.
As it is, he can do tracing and other assignments with a pencil using his toes.
