A member of the National Working Committee (NWC) of the ruling All Progressives Congress (APC) has reacted to a purported court ruling by a High Court in Kano vacating Wednesday’s order which suspended the party’s national chairman, Adams Oshiomhole.
Briefing newsmen Thursday at the national secretariat of APC, the party’s National Vice Chairman from the North-east, Comrade Saliu Mustapha, said two courts of equal jurisdiction can’t seat on appeal of the same Federal High Court.
“The only Court that has jurisdiction is the Court of Appeal in this case.
“Oshiomhole’s suspension still stands,” Saliu said.
