The Lagos state police command has arrested a man for defiling a teenager in his shop
28-year-old Oyesanwo Sola was arrested for allegedly defiling a 15-year-old girl inside his shop in Ikorodu, Lagos state.
Bala Elkana, the state’s police spokesperson, speaking on the case said that the father of the victim approached the Ikorodu police division on Friday, March 13, 2020, to report a case of defilement.
The father alleged that Sola inserted his finger into his daughter’s vagina while she was inside his shop along Ota Ona Itamaga road.
The victim has been taken to the hospital for medical treatment and forensic examination while the suspect was arrested and has since confessed to committing the crime.
