I

Boko Haram, banditry forces,

terrorists are in deeds,

Puciwa and Koleram communities

turn new states

of Borno in needs,

under new governorship spakes

Invade, kill scores

of farmers and herders,

rustle hundred shores,

Boko Haram terrorists,

tussle in the pores.

II

helter-skelter so in greeing,

the downtrodden grope,

livelihood and lives slope,

under attacks fleeing,

Police, and security agents,

nowhere to be found,

Magumeri district,

Gubio, Gajigana, Nganzai,

displaced, misplaced

by Boko Haram insurgents,

go from here where do we?

where is Nigeria driven?

is it by Boko Haram?

Pathetic, deadly, miserably!

or by Muhammadu Buhari,

as cheering, healthy, heart warming?

III

why do we Poke in vote?

when we hoke is no joke

for poverty, insecurity, insurgency, deaths?

it’s painful now,

with pow of armed bandits,

not cheering, healthy, heartwarming,

 as we tow in mow,

where is Muhammadu Buhari?
