Unknown hoodlums have killed five persons in Wereng community of Riyom local government area of Plateau.
Reports gathered that the hoodlums stormed the village in the early hours of Tuesday and started shooting sporadically which led to the killing of at least five persons including a traditional ruler.
Several others were said to have encountered serious injuries and have been rushed to the hospital.
