The Jigawa Deputy Governor, Alhaji Umar Namadi on a recent visit to the National Identity Number (NIN) registration centre in Nguru, Yobe State commended a private centre for conducting the NIN registrations successfully.

Commending Isah Nguru Ventures’ National Identity Number (NIN) registration centre, Namadi said that “the location of the centre at Nguru would reduce the hardship of travelling far away for registration by the people of Jigawa State”.

The centre attends to neighbouring Jigawa indigenes, particularly the residents of Birniwa, Kirikasamma, Guri, Mallammadori, Hadejia, among others.

According to research conducted, over 2000 NIN registrations has been made since it began in March.
