The body of an 8-year-old boy, named Aliyu, who had been missing for over five days, was found on Wednesday, on the outskirts of Nangere road in a place called MAL.
The boy, whose father is dead and lives with his mother in Yandiski area of the town, was found to be in a state of decay five days after his death. His uncle, Malam Yusuf Cindo, could not really give a full account of what happened.
All attempts by Neptune Prime to get in touch with the Divisional Police Officer (DPO) of Nangere local government has proved abortive and the area commander, Assistant Commissioner of Police, Muhammad Zayyanu Musa said he was yet to be briefed by the DPO.
