The Office of the First Lady of Nigeria, Aisha Buhari in collaboration with the Women and National Development (WAND), will on Thursday 8 April 2021, in Abuja, stage a public presentation of a book, “Aisha Buhari Being Different.”
This was announced in a statement by the First Lady’s Media Aide, Aliyu Abdullahi.
The book is written by Hajo Sani in honour of Mrs Buhari.
He said the event would be chaired by the All Progressives Congress chieftain, Bola Tinubu, while Folorunso Alakija will be the special guest.
The book will be reviewed and presented to the public by Fatai Aremu of the National Institute of Policy and Strategic Studies, Kuru.
The event will also feature a summit on first ladyship with the theme, “Emerging Trends in the Role of the First Lady in National Development.”
The summit is targeted at state first ladies and gender-focused institutions, with Bisi Fayemi as the Keynote speaker and Besty Obaseki, as the session chair.
