A military aircraft with senior army officers including the Chief of Army Staff (CoAS), Lieutenant General Attahiru Ibrahim, on board has crashed in Kaduna.
It is believed that the CoAS and his entourage are eight in number while the pilot and co-pilot and other crew members are four, bringing the number of those on board to 12.
The plane was said to have crash landed at the Kaduna airport runway this evening.Attahiru Ibrahim (born 10 August 1966) is a Nigerian Army Lieutenant General serving as the 21st Chief of Army Staff of the Nigerian Army since 26 January 2021.
