A Nine seater Sharon car loaded with passengers, travelling to Borno state from Abuja was involved in an accident with a Dangote trailer at about 4 in the evening, killing all passengers on board, only a little baby survived.
An eyes witness disclosed that all the passengers onboard met their Waterloo and only the little baby survived the ugly accident, the eyewitness said the cause of the accident could be attributed to overspeeding, as the driver was attempting to escape a small pothole immediately after the forest area of the road.

He said the two cars had a head collision with a Dangote trailer in the late hours of the evening around the forest in Riyom Local Government Area of Plateau State.
The eyewitness added that the accident may have been avoided, but due to the high speed the driver of the Sharon minibus was driving at, he lost control, which led to the collision of the two vehicles. The driver lost his life along with 8 other passengers.
The two vehicles came head to head ramming each other, causing what could be described as a monumental loss.
However, information made available to Neptune Prime said the remains of the victims have been deposited at the Plateau Specialist Hospital in Jos.
