The Kano Hisbah Board has arrested and sentenced one Sadiya Haruna who sells drugs to men and women on YouTube to an Islamiyya school for six months so that she will be in a position to know whether what she is doing is haram or not.
Sadiya Haruna who for a very long time has been shuttling between Abuja, Kano and Kaduna but mostly stays in Kano is very close to some prominent Kannywood actresses. She is not an actress but she is always found in the company of Kannywood actresses who patronize her services, they buy drugs for sexual enhancements, creams for enhancing women breasts, for tightening the private part of women who overuse their body, she generally renders such services to women but not necessarily Kannywood women.
Similarly, she is fond of posting her videos on YouTube where she teaches men and women how to make love, how to satisfy their women, married or girlfriends, how a man will be strong to live to the expectation of his wife or girlfriend and other services which Hisbah considered to be morally corrupt and wrong Islamically.
Two weeks ago, she posted on YouTube, how new couples will make use of their youthfulness or how they can satisfy each other which she demonstrated openly on YouTube, this Kano Hisbah considered to be unislamic and they arrested her and took her to her Sharada Headquarters in Kano.
They arraigned her before their own court which they have within the premises of the Hisbah Board in Sharada, with lawyers mostly those that read Islamic law, she pleaded guilty and they mandated her to compulsorily go back to Islamiyya school for six months so that she will learn the nitty-gritty of what Islam is all about. Though sources close to her said she has lots of customers and she is making serious money, Kano Hisbah wants her to devise another method of selling her products.
When she was arrested, a close friend of her one Umma Shehu popular Kannywood actress threatened to expose some top commanders of the Hisbah Board, by accusing them also of being in the habit of chasing women that are not their wives, but this did not go down well with Kano Hisbah.
They therefore summarily stormed Kaduna and invited Umma Shehu to their head office in Kano for her to explain and if possible name some of the commanders that she is accusing them of flirting with free women or commercial sex workers, failure to do so, they are threatening to take her to court for damages and to clear their names.
