Abdulsamad Rabiu (BUA) did not buy N200 million Rolls Royce for Kano’s Emir – Kano State Emirate Council
Story from Saleh INUWA, Kano
The Kano State Emirate Council has denied that the new Rolls Royce delivered to the 15th Emir of Kano, Alhaji Aminu Ado Bayero, is not from Kano businessman, Abdulsamad Isiaka Rabiu (BUA).
Alhaji Magaji Galadima, the kachallan of Kano, who is also a member of the Kano Emirate Council made the denial on Monday in a statement in Kano, adding that neither Aminu Dantata nor Abdulsamad Isiaka Rabiu was the one that brought the 2021 Rolls Royce model for the Emir, adding that the car was not bought by money belonging to the Emirate.

He added that this clarification became necessary because, since the delivery of the vehicle to the Emir, there were several reports in the media alleging that the car was bought for the Emir, by some businessmen in Kano, which is far from the truth.
The Emir of Kano has friends and other organizations that he is close to and can afford to buy such vehicles for him to fit with his new position as Emir of Kano. People should therefore always verify their information before going to the press, to avoid embarrassment.
