The unavoidable pains death brings to humans, animals

Amina Ahmad, a little girl in Kano state, Nigeria, woke up yesterday and saw people taking her mother, wrapped in white clothing, to a nearby graveyard for burial.

After the mourners dispersed, the little girl, completely unaware of the situation at that moment went to her father to inquire.

She asked, “Daddy, the people that went away with mummy after tying her in a white cloth are yet to bring her. When are they going to bring her?

The father told her not to worry, saying her mother will return the next day. The following day, she waited in anticipation but her mother did not return, which prompted Amina to ask her father the second time about her mother’s whereabouts. Knowing that he cannot conceal the truth forever, her father revealed to her that her mother died and was buried.

Though being of tender age, the girl insisted on seeing her mother’s graveside, which the father obliged and took her to where her mother was buried.

In the pictures below, Amina Ahmad stands by her late mother’s grave praying for her dead soul.

Death is inevitable, further pictures reveal it is not only human beings who suffer the inescapable pains that death brings; birds, camels, and monkeys bear the physical and emotional pains of losing a loved one. Death is painful and tragic yet unavoidable.
