Recent restoration of network services in Kaduna assisted JTF against bandits
Story from Saleh INUWA, Kano
The recent restoration of network services in some parts of Kaduna State has assisted JTF Forces in swiftly identifying flash areas and dealing with gunmen decisively.
When the state government restricted network operation in some areas in the state it became difficult for JTF Forces to communicate or for those in trouble to seek assistance. In fact, insecurity became the order of the day that people had to call on the state government to lift the ban because leaving it has less advantage than imposing it.

Recently, about 18 staff of Zaria Local Government travelling for a workshop were kidnapped, they had to pay 40 million naira to gain freedom, but three of them were kept behind on the condition that those released must provide 3 machines to the bandits before their release.
And in a swift development, the state government restored communications services to some parts of the state, but before doing that the JTF men were able to identify the operational base of the bandits and they massively moved into their hideout and bomb their facilities, including machines and guns.
All in all, one can still say that Kaduna is under siege, especially with the recent killing of AVM Musa Asaka, Chief Medical Director of Asaka Specialist Hospital Rigasa.
