NNPP urges FG to beef up security to ensure functional toll-free lines, prompt response to distress calls

The New Nigeria People’s Party (NNPP) has called on the Federal Government of Nigeria to beef up security as the year is rounding off, as the security challenges in the country is escalating in different parts of Nigeria.
Rev. Emmanuel Olorunmagba, Deputy National Publicity Secretary, New Nigeria People’s Party (NNPP) disclosed this in a statement in Jos, the Plateau State capital.

The party also stressed the need to provide functional toll-free lines to ensure that security officers respond promptly to distress calls and for the security men to be strengthened and be better motivated this festive season.
“Part of the ideology of the party is nation-building towards the emergence of a new Nigeria that we all can sleep with our eyes closed, knowing that with the protection of God Almighty and our security forces are up to the task, and any eventuality can be effectively handled”.
The party noted that every family in Nigeria is affected one way or another “thus, all stakeholders either in government or opposition need to ensure that all hands are on deck in whatever way, we all can contribute towards a new Nigeria that we all can be proud of.
“May God continue to help our beloved country and make us triumph over the challenges bedevilling the nation.”
