Dignitaries honour Hajiya Hadizatu Mustapha during biography unveiling

Dignitaries from across the country gathered at the International Conference Centre, Abuja on February 5th to celebrate the immediate past Chief Registrar of the Supreme Court Hajiya Hadizatu Uwani Mustapha, during the unveiling of her biography titled “Hajiya Hadizatu U. Mustapha: From Headgirl to Supreme Court”.

Hajiya Hadizatu Uwani Mustapha is an indigene of Borno State and an alumni of the prestigious University of Maiduguri.

The event which was held on Saturday, 5th February 2022, has in attendance distinguished personalities such as the Executive Governor of Borno State, Prof. Babagana Umara Zullum (represented by the Deputy Governor of the State); the Attorney-General of Ekiti State, Wale Fapohunda; Fmr Senate President, Bukola Saraki; Distinguished Sen. Kashim Shettima; Hon. Justice Tijjani JSC; Chief Joe-Kyari Gadzama, SAN; Damian Dodo, SAN; Hajiya Asia El-Rufai; Hon. Ahmadu Usman Jaha; Hon. Asabe Vilita and others.

The chief unveiler, Sen. Kashim Shettima, while inviting the Chairman of the Board of Trustees of the University of Maiduguri Alumni Association, Chief Joe-Kyari Gadzama SAN to launch some copies of the book praised and commended the elder statesman and Learned Senior Advocate for his humility and contributions. He noted that Chief Gadzama was the first Senior Advocate of Nigeria from Borno State and from the North Eastern Nigeria. Chief Gadzama, SAN launched the books on behalf of himself and the association and extolled the virtues of the celebrant with great delight.

Hajiya Hadizatu has been described as a worthy daughter of Borno State and a great trailblazer.
