Former S’Court CR, Barr Hadizatu Mustapha, visits Neptune Prime, commends commitment to ethical values

The former Chief Registrar of the Supreme Court, Mrs Hadizatu Uwani Mustapha on Monday paid a courtesy visit to Neptune Prime publisher, Malam Hassan Gimba at the organisation’s Abuja corporate office.

The immediate chief registrar who served between 2017 and 2021 felicitated with the media conglomerate on his various achievements, recent of which is the floating of an online television, since inception.

She also praised efforts to report authentic and reliable news stories and promote good governance through good write-ups.

The Gwoza-born legal practitioner urged the medium to continue as real ambassadors of the northeast, a region ravaged by the insurgency.

Dr Hassan Gimba in his response, appreciated her for the kind words, promising that the company would not rest on its oars but will continue to be a source of development in the northeast.

Barrister Hadizatu Mustapha, who was a Head Girl in Yerwa Practicing Primary School, Maiduguri, in 1974 and also at Government Girls College, Maiduguri in 1979, recently launched her autobiography, _From Head Girl to Chief Register of the Supreme Court.
