A lady in Tarauni Local Government Area of Kano has allegedly planned a heist on her boyfriend. She was said to have summoned one female friend and four other boys from her area to snatch her boyfriend’s phone.
She invited the boyfriend to her sister’s house, where the boys, laden with weapons, attacked and snatched his phone, with the intention to transfer all the money in his account.

However, their plan was foiled as they were arrested and their weapons seized. The suspects, namely, Yahya Muhammad and Muhammad Inuwa were taken to Danladi Nasidi vigilante office, in Kano.
During interrogations, the authorities learnt from that the girlfriend was the mastermind behind the heist; she ordered the suspects to snatch his phone but to make sure he was not harmed in any way, the boys lamented.
