Governors, royal fathers, others raise over N50 million at Neptune Prime’s award, book launch in support of LFCCF (Video)
The sum of over 50 million Naira has been raised by governors, non-governmental organisations and other well-meaning members of the public at the award and book launch ceremony organised by Neptune Network Limited, on Wednesday in Abuja.
Neptune Network Limited, owners of Neptune Prime online newspaper, Neptune Prime Magazine and Neptune Prime TV organised the maiden awards event as part of efforts to create more awareness about cervical cancer and the foundation.

Governors of Borno, Yobe states, royal fathers from northeastern Nigeria and others who attended the event by proxy pledged their support to the Foundation.
Two volumes of ‘The Arbiter’ (a compilation of articles written by Dr Hassan Gimba Ahmed, the Chief Executive Officer (CEO) and Publisher of Neptune Prime was also unveiled at the event while individuals and organisations who have distinguished themselves in various capacities were recognised and awarded.
The former Executive Secretary of Tertiary Education Trust Fund (TETFund), Prof. Elias Suleiman Bogoro, who was present at the occasion thanked Neptune Prime on behalf of TETFund, for recognising their good works over the years.
