NBTE director killed in Abuja-Kaduna train attack

The Monday night terrorist attack on the Abuja-Kaduna train passengers has resulted to the death of Abdul Isa Kofa Mata, a Director with National Board for Technical Education (NBTE).

According to Solacebase, Abdul Isa Kofa Mata was among the over 970 passengers on the train when it was attacked as many are still missing while some are at hospital receiving treatment over injuries sustained.

The deceased will be buried in Kano State on Tuesday by 4.00pm as the funeral prayer would hold on arrival with the corpse from Kaduna, the medium quoting a family source.

The source said the late 55-year-old Director survived with four children and a wife had worked at Peugeot Automobile Nigeria (PAN).
