Nuhu Dikko Yashe turbaned as Fada Babban Katsina

The Emir of Katsina, His Royal Highness Alhaji Kabir Usman, has turbaned Alhaji Nuhu Dikko Yashe, a retired Assistant Comptroller General of Prisons as “Fada Babban Katsina”.
Dikko Yashe, a graduate of Ahmadu Bello University Zaria, served and rose to the rank of Comptroller in charge of Kano Command, and retired from service before he was called and decorated by former Comptroller General, Alhaji Muhamad Babban dede, as Assistant Comptroller General, because of his meritorious service to the country.
Before he retired from service, Dikko Yashe served in different departments of the Immigration Service, mostly in Passport departments. His last two appointments was when he was appointed Comptroller in charge of Murtala Muhammad International Airport, and from there was posted to Kano Command as Comptroller.
The Emir of Katsina who is married to Yashe’s half-sister decided to honour him with the title of “Fada Babban Katsina”, a very important title in the Emirate. From today Dikko will be serving as the right-hand man of the Emir and will handle most of the Emir’s private schedule.
