Gov. Sani Bello salutes two Nigerlites inaugurated as Federal High Court Judges
Governor Abubakar Sani Bello has congratulated two Nigerlites, Justice Musa Suleiman Liman and Justice Bala Khalifa Mohammed Usman on their recent appointment as High Court Judges.
This was contained in a statement signed by Mary Noel-Berje, the Chief Press Secretary to the Governor of Niger State.
They were among the seven Justices recently inaugurated by the Chief Justice of Nigeria in Abuja.
Governor Sani Bello in a congratulatory message described their elevation as well deserved.
He observed that the duo merited their new positions following the hard work, commitment and successes they have recorded in their previous positions.
The Governor who expressed joy with the development said the state is no doubt proud of them.
“I am happy that Niger State was able to produce 2 out of the 7 Justices that were sworn in. My excitement is more because the appointment followed their successful performances in their interview for the job”, he said.
He urged them to see their elevation as a call for more service to humanity and discharge of their duties without fear or favour.
Recall that President Muhammadu Buhari recently approved the appointment of six Federal High Court of Nigeria judges and one for the High Court of the Federal Capital Territory Abuja out of which two are Nigerlites.
President Buhari’s approval also followed the recommendation by the Nigerian Judicial Council that the newly inaugurated Judges were the successful candidates for the job.
Justice Musa Suleiman Liman is from Summit Chambers, while Justice Bala khalifa Mohammed Usman is from the Niger state Ministry of Justice.
