Again bandits attack Abuja-Kaduna train with 970 passengers on board

Not more than eleven persons out of the 61 kidnapped victims of the March 28, 2022 Abuja-Kaduna train attack have reportedly regained their freedom.

According to Channels Television, six females and five males were among those freed on Saturday.

The circumstances of their release is yet to be ascertained, however, the 11 victims are said to have been flown to the nation’s capital, Abuja.

The attack, which occurred on March 28 at Dutse forest in Chikun Local Government Area (LGA) of Kaduna State left eight people killed and 26 others injured while scores of passengers went missing.
