Chief Mrs Kemi Nelson, a former Commissioner for Women Affairs and Poverty Alleviation in Lagos State is dead.

Late Nelson died on Sunday morning according to a tweet by Gboyega Akosile, the Chief Press Secretary to Lagos State Governor.

Nelson until her death was a former South-West Women leader of the All Progressives Congress (APC), and also a close ally of the APC presidential candidate, Chief Bola Ahmed Tinubu.
