Arsenal’s uninterrupted victory in the Premier League since August 5 was maintained following their 2-1 victory over Aston Villa Wednesday night at the Emirates Stadium.

Gabriel Jesus who has been outstanding since his arrival at the club scored the first goal in the 30th minute to make it 1-0.
The game levelled in the second half when substitute, Douglas Luiz masterfully culled the ball from corner into the back of the net leaving Aaron Ramsdale dumbfounded to make it 1-1.
The Gunners responded just about two minutes after the equaliser with Gabriel Martinelli scoring in the 77th to make it 2-1.
Arsenal maintain top spot on the log with 15 points after five games in a row.
