Nigerian rapper and songwriter, Panshak Henry Zamani, aka Ice Prince, has been arrested for abducting and threatening to throw a police officer into a river in Lagos.

In a tweet posted by the state Police Public Relations Officer (PPRO) SP Benjamin Hundeyin, on Friday the musician was arrested in the early hours of Friday for driving his car without number plates.
”At 3am today, @Iceprincezamani was stopped for driving without license plates. He agreed to be taken to the station.
“He, thereafter, abducted the police officer in his car, assaulted him and threatened to throw him in the river. He has been arrested and would be arraigned today,” the PPRO tweeted.
