Her Majesty, Queen Elizabeth, longest serving British Monarch, dies at 96 after 70 on the throne.
A statement issued by Buckingham Palace obtained by Neptune Prime confirmed her death.
The statement said: “The Queen died peacefully at Balmoral this afternoon.

“The King and The Queen Consort will remain at Balmoral this evening and will return to London tomorrow.”
Prince Charles, Prince of Wales, becomes King and his wife, Camilla, Duchess of Cornwall is now Queen consort.
