Man drags landlord’s son to court for allegedly sleeping with wife, commenting on her post
A 33-year-old man identified as Tomson Kaluba has dragged his 21-year-old landlord’s son, Nana Zimba to court for allegedly committing adultery after liking and commenting on a married woman’s post.
Nana Zimba from Zingalume Township in Lusaka, Zambia was accused by Tomson Kaluba of sleeping with his wife after he saw a comment on his wife’s post saying, “My mother for me.”
According to Tomson, he cannot accept his wife’s two weeks old baby because he suspects that the child belongs to Nana.
However, his wife 29-year-old wife, Alice Nalungwe, denied having an affair with Zimba, stating that her husband was trying to find a reason to divorce her.
In passing judgment, the magistrate, Mulenga dismissed the claim because the plaintiff did not have evidence to prove the alleged adultery.
