President-elect, Bola Tinubu, votes in Lagos
President-elect Bola Tinubu has voted in the ongoing governorship elections in Lagos State.
Tinubu encouraged Nigerians to exercise their franchise peacefully.

“I just joined other Nigerians in exercising my civic duty in the ongoing governorship and state assembly elections. I encourage you all to go out and vote peacefully,” Tinubu stated in a tweet.
Tinubu was declared the winner of the February 25 presidential election after scoring 8,794,726 votes to defeat his closest rivals, Atiku Abubakar and Peter Obi.
