Man recounts shocking story of catching pastor in bed with his wife
A man named Oluwasina Adeshina has revealed on a family affairs radio program, “Kokoro Alate,” on Agidigbo 88.7fm in Ibadan that he caught his pastor having sex with his wife while he was asleep in their one-bedroom rented apartment.
Oluwasina explained that the pastor is the father of four out of his six children and that he has asked his wife to leave on several occasions, but she has refused to vacate their home.
According to Oluwasina, his wife, Alimat Adeshina, gave birth to twins twice, resulting in a total of six children. Alimat claimed that she did not give birth to any of the children for the pastor. She added that the pastor had written a letter to her husband’s family admitting to having an affair with her but attempted to clear her name.
The pastor, Pastor Adeyele, who was the couple’s church pastor at the time, claimed that they joined his church in 2013, and he had an affair with Alimat in 2014. He confessed and apologized to Oluwasina because the latter was kind to him.
“I named their twins in 2016, but they stopped coming to my church around 2018 because another church was established nearby,” said Pastor Adeyele.
“I received a call from Alimat’s husband in July 2022, asking me to take my wife and children. I called the landlord’s chairman and invited the husband. He claimed that his wife was the one causing problems and that they had resolved their issues. He also mentioned that he married another wife last year, and his first wife had been making his life miserable since she found out about it.
“In January, I was invited to the Akobo Police Station because of this case. Alimat was there, telling me that her husband had sent her packing with their six children and asking for my assistance. I recalled the story, and we were allowed to leave.
“Recently, I received a call from Agidigbo Radio about this case again. The husband claimed that I am the father of five of his six children,” the accused pastor narrated.
Oluwasina explained that his family started attending the pastor’s church in 2014 after his mother’s death. “The problem began when the pastor told me that my wife had reported that I dress poorly. I accused them of having an extramarital affair, and the pastor later informed us that my wife was pregnant and that we must not abort the child.
“The pastor told us to start a vigil together, and he came over to sleep on my bed with my wife while I slept on the floor. The first time he came over, I asked my wife to sleep beside me, but she insisted on sleeping next to the pastor.
“One day, I caught them moaning while they thought I was asleep. They were talking, and when I confronted the pastor, he admitted to having an affair with my wife and asked me to keep it a secret to protect his pastoral image.
“He later came to my shop and threatened me, saying that if I wanted to remain alive, I should make sure no one else found out about the affair. He also said that he would come back for his children when they turned 15.
“My wife took the case to her family and accused me of not taking care of the children,” Oluwasina narrated.
