Man City Decimate Defending Champions Real Madrid To Qualify For UCL Final 

Manchester City have qualified for the final of the UEFA Champions League (UCL) after beating defending champions, Real Madrid 5-1 on aggregate on Wednesday night.

City will meet Inter Milan at Instabul for the final of the competition.

City took charge of the game right from the kick off giving no breathing space for Madrid.

City took the lead 23 minutes after the kick off thanks to Bernando Silva goal to give the Citizens an edge over the Los Blancos.

It was tipped to be an epic semi-final clash between giant European clubs in view of their domestic performances.

City doubled the lead in the 37th minute mark courtesy Silva who was lucky as the deflected ball from Gabriel Militao landed on his path and headed the ball which passed Alaba straight to the net to make it 2-0 at the Etihad Stadium.

No space left for the Carlo Ancelotti boys to display their quality of football despite the presence of Karim Benzema and Vinicius Junior up front.

Emmanuel Akanji delivered the third goal for City in the 76th minute.

The victory for Pep Guardiola was sealed in the 91st minute after Julian Alvarez slided the ball into the back of the net to make it 4-0.

City are on the verge of their first UCL trophy, they face Inter June 10 in Turkey.
