The event took place at the State House Conference Centre in Abuja.

The two were handed with the transition documents as part of activities ahead of the May 29 inauguration and also in line with Executive Order 14 which mandates that the transition council issues handover notes containing, amongst other things, proposed policy direction for the incoming administration.
