Hilda Baci joins elite ranks as landlady at Yomade Heritage Estate following Guinness World Record
Game-changers in the real estate industry, Zealand Properties, have proudly announced Hilda Baci, the latest Guinness World Records holder, as the newest landlady at their prestigious Yomade Heritage Estate in Epe.
Hilda Baci visited Zealand’s headquarters in Ikeja earlier today to sign the necessary documents and officially become a landlady at Yomade Heritage.
Zealand Properties had previously pledged to gift Hilda Baci a plot of land valued at N5.7 million when she attempted to break the previous Guinness World Record for a cooking marathon.

After receiving her land document and realizing the investment potential in Yomade Heritage, Baci expressed her enthusiasm and revealed her plans to take advantage of the current prices by purchasing an additional plot of land for herself.
“I am incredibly excited because they were so generous to gift me a plot of land in one of their prime locations in Epe. The price at which they are currently selling is such a steal that I might even buy one for myself!”
Meanwhile, Adedeji Agarawu, the Managing Director of Zealand Properties, addressed Hilda Baci and praised her determination and hard work, considering them as qualities worthy of emulation by other youths who deserve to be rewarded.
“I truly appreciate hard work, and what you accomplished was truly remarkable. You must have gone the extra mile and overcome many challenges to achieve such a feat.”
Hilda Baci’s officially confirmed new record of 93 hours and 11 minutes in a cook-a-thon surpasses the previous record set by India’s Lata Tondon, who achieved 87 hours and 45 minutes in 2019.
