Angry husband slaps doctor amidst sexual assault accusations at medical event (Video)
In a disturbing incident captured on video, an enraged husband violently attacked a medical doctor during a speech at the annual American College of Obstetricians and Gynecologists (ACOG) conference held in Baltimore last month.
The husband accused the doctor of sexually assaulting his wife and unleashed his fury upon him.
The irate man forcefully grabbed the doctor by his shirt and delivered a resounding slap to his face, all the while shouting, “You know what you did! You touched my wife seven years ago in New York. Don’t be an asshole, you bitch!”
Not content with his initial assault, he struck the doctor again, threateningly emphasizing, “You’re lucky this is America because if this were Brazil, I would kill you!”
Following the attack, the husband hastily exited the conference venue, but his outburst did not subside. He continued to scream and point accusingly at the doctor, who appeared to be shocked but not physically injured.
Onlookers were left in stunned disbelief, with one woman promptly calling for security as the husband menacingly approached the doctor once more, unleashing a torrent of profanities.
Law enforcement swiftly responded to the scene, and although the doctor chose not to press charges, he requested that the police remove the husband from the premises. While the doctor’s identity remained undisclosed, reports suggest he is a gynecologic oncologist affiliated with a hospital in New York.
In response to the distressing incident, the organizers of the ACOG conference promptly issued a statement vehemently condemning the violence and extending apologies to anyone who may have been traumatized by the episode.
