Kano residents receive food donations from Fidelity Bank

Fidelity Bank has extended its generosity to the less privileged in Kano State. Over 1,000 individuals, including widows, children, elderly men and women, benefited from a two-day feeding programme organized by the bank in conjunction with the Misnoory Foundation in Kabuga Satellite Town, Kano.
The beneficiaries were given packs comprising of rice, gari, tomato paste and meat to celebrate the Sallah season, according to a statement by the bank.

Speaking at the ceremony, Meksley Nwagboh, the Divisional Head, Brand and Communications, Fidelity Bank, revealed that the event was held as part of Fidelity’s Corporate Social Responsibility pillar.
The social welfare initiative was created to assist vulnerable communities and fight against hunger and poverty in society.
The bank’s nationwide feeding programme is under the auspices of the Fidelity Food Bank initiative.
