NDLEA operatives recover illicit drugs from taxi driver, Ejiro’s apartment
A taxi driver, Godwin Ejiro, is currently in custody with the National Drug Law Enforcement Agency (NDLEA) following the recovery of cocaine, heroin, meth, swinol, and loud after his apartment was raided by operatives of the agency in Edo state.
In a statement issued on Sunday by Mr Femi Babafemi, Ejiro sells illicit drugs to young people, and hides the drugs inside plastic tables in his room.

He said, “This fellow is a taxi driver but beneath that, he destroys the lives of innocent young people in the community selling them cocaine, heroin, meth, swinol, and loud. The shocker is where he hides the drugs in his house as the video here shows when NDLEA officers raided his home.”
This is coming barely one week after Operatives of the Agency uncovered a secret laboratory producing Methamphetamine in the Ikeja area of Lagos state.
Several sachets of the drug alongside chemicals used in the production were also recovered.
NDLEA operatives stormed the lab located at No. 4 Bode Oluwo Street, Mende, Maryland Ikeja on Tuesday 6th June, and recovered one kilogram of already produced and packaged methamphetamine.
Efforts to apprehend the owner of the house are still ongoing.
