Nigerian student, Aisha Boladale, shines in Cambridge A’ Level Biology, wins British Council Award

The Founder/Chief Executive Officer of Erudite Millennium, Mr. Saheed Oladele, revealed on Saturday that Miss Aisha Boladale, a student at the school, has won the British Council’s Country Best Award for Cambridge A’ Level Biology.

Mr. Oladele shared this news during a press conference in Ibadan.

According to Mr. Oladele, Boladale achieved a remarkable score of 91%, surpassing all other Cambridge A’ Level scholars in Nigeria. The award ceremony took place last Thursday at the Civic Centre in Victoria Island, Lagos.

Boladale, representing the October/November 2022 class, contributed to the school’s overall success rate of 80%.

Speaking about her achievement, Mr. Oladele said, “We won the British Council’s Country Best Award for Cambridge A’ Level Biology on Thursday. Congratulations to Aisha Boladale for bringing pride to Erudite Millennium Ltd. She scored 91%, surpassing every other Cambridge A’ Level scholar in Nigeria. Aisha represents our Oct/Nov 2022 class, which achieved an 80% success rate.”

Expressing her gratitude, Boladale credited Erudite Millennium for her remarkable journey over the past year. She said, “The educational institution is truly one-of-a-kind in Africa and is renowned for its exceptional performance in various foreign programs such as Cambridge, the Scholastic Aptitude Test (SAT), IELTS, TOEFL, GRE, and more.”

“I joined Erudite in January 2022 and participated in a one-month training program for the American College Test (ACT). I achieved a score of 35 out of 36 in ACT English. Subsequently, I joined the Cambridge October/November class. Initially, I was skeptical about the program’s duration of only 8 months, thinking, ‘How is that even possible? I’m going to fail!'” Boladale recalled.

“However, Erudite Millennium made it happen, and I achieved 16 out of 16 points (A*AA: 91% in Biology, 89% in Chemistry, and 83% in Physics). After completing the Cambridge program, I underwent one month of SAT training and scored 1410 out of 1600,” she added.

“What sets Erudite apart from other institutions is its 4th Industrial Revolution (4IR) Program, which aims to teach students the most sought-after skills of the 21st Century. This not only gives them an advantage when competing for foreign scholarships but also provides lucrative opportunities for the younger generation.”

Dr. Abiodun Boladale, Aisha’s father, expressed his surprise and joy at his daughter’s remarkable achievement. He said, “Aisha scoring 16 points in Cambridge A Levels is incredible. She effortlessly gained admission to study Medicine and Surgery at the University of Ibadan, starting from the second year. In addition to offers from universities abroad, this is truly a remarkable journey. Thank you for guiding us through this process.”
