Atiku Abubakar’s attempt to discredit judiciary will prove unsuccessful – Presidency
In a press statement released by Dele Alake, Special Adviser to the President on Special Duties, Communications & Strategy, the presidency has responded to the recent allegations made by former Vice President and Presidential candidate of the Peoples Democratic Party (PDP), Atiku Abubakar. The statement dismisses Atiku’s claims as baseless and an attempt to blackmail the judiciary.

The transparency of the February 25th, 2023 Presidential election that brought President Tinubu to power is also highlighted, with the statement claiming it to be the most transparent election held in Nigeria since 1999. The presidency assures that there is no reason for President Tinubu or the APC to undermine the judiciary, as they have presented a solid defense of the election result and trust in the judiciary to deliver an impartial ruling.
