Lagos helicopter crash: 4 persons on board survive, says NEMA
Four persons on board the ill-fated helicopter that crashed in the Oba Akran area in Ikeja, Lagos on Tuesday afternoon survived, according to the National Emergency Management Agency (NEMA).
Neptune Prime had earlier reported of the helicopter crash where two pilots were rescued as at the time of the report.

But, NEMA in a tweet while giving update on the incident confirmed that four persons were on board including the pilots and they survived as they are receiving medical attention.
The crashed helicopter belongs to Airfirst Hospitality and Tour Ltd, according to the agency.
“Fixed wing Aircraft Reg 5NCCQ Airfirst Hospitality and Tour Ltd crashed near Lagos Airport,” NEMA tweeted.
“Following the incident, NEMA, LASEMA,Fire Service, security Agencies and other stakeholders carried out search and rescue operation. Two crew members and two passengers rescued.”
