Davido’s cousin lands top role in Osun Commission
Popular Nigerian singer Davido’s cousin, Tunji ‘Tunegee’ Adeleke, has recently secured a political appointment in Osun State.
Taking to social media, Davido shared the news, announcing Tunegee’s appointment as Chairman of the Local Government Service Commission in Osun State.
Clearly thrilled by the news, Davido expressed his excitement and confidence in Tunegee’s abilities. According to Davido, he has full faith that Tunegee will excel in his new role.

Davido celebrated his cousin’s achievement in a tweet:
“Congratulations @Tunegee on your appointment as the Chairman of the Local Government Commission in Osun state! You’re a natural leader and I have no doubt that you will excel. We’ve got your back.”
But that’s not all. Davido also took to his Instagram stories to share a photo of Tunegee during his visit to the Osun State government secretary, Teslim Igbalaye, as a mark of courtesy.
Expressing immense pride, Davido captioned the post, referring to Tunegee as his cousin.
