However, yesterday evening, the Governor made an unannounced visit to the hospital and discovered that the facilities were in a suboptimal condition.
Furthermore, it was observed that the CMD had not successfully united the hospital staff into a cohesive team and had failed to implement government directives, including providing free consultations, admissions, and treatments, among other crucial issues.
Taking these concerns into consideration, Governor Abba has acted swiftly by appointing Dr. Ibrahim Muhammad as the new CMD. Dr. Ibrahim brings a wealth of experience as an accomplished administrator and pediatrician to the position.
Additionally, the government has directed the deployment of two additional consultants, Dr. Jamila Sani and Dr. Aisha Yahaya, to oversee and manage the specialist clinic.
